Estimated daily Grey Water flows for each family member as follows

•  Showers, bathtubs, and wash basins : 25 gallons/day/member

  • For eg., 25 X 3 = 75 gallons/day

• Clothes washer: 15 gallons/day /member

  • For eg., 15 X 3 = 45 gallons/day

Multiply the number of family members by the estimated grey water flow.

• For the above eg., 75 + 45 = 120 gallons of grey water per day for the whole family
